does anyone know about debt elimination?
i owned 30,000 from credit card,i really want to get out my debt,i saw one company on internet,they say they can help me out with debt elimination program,they said,i do not pay any money for bank,just pay fee for them 7000,is it legally?now im very stress,please help me.
Do not pay any company that guarantees or says they can eliminate your debt. Only YOU can eliminate your debt by either paying your debt off or claiming bankruptcy.
Do not give this company 7k.

You should not pay that kind of money upfront; I really hope you did not. Debt settlement would allow you to pay each month; probably like 350 or 400 and you would be debt free after 42 months. Get your 7000 back now if you paid it.
All these companies are scams. They tell you to not pay your bills, then when your credit is shot, they make an offer to the companies for the balance that you have paid them. The credit card company might accept as you are now such a bad risk.
Talk to a non-profit credit counseling firm, such as CCCS. Good luck.
